Located on the Ancient Dragon's Holy grounds, not many are permitted in Valine. Only Draconians who are members of families carrying the Noble blood line are permitted to take residence here, giving the Village a population of no more than two or three hundred. Non noble Draconians are permitted to visit with passes, but not allowed to live here, while non Draconians are permitted here under no circumstances.
